Health and Fitness – Getting Back to a Good Routine

Life has felt a bit chaotic lately, from moving house to work trips and an all-inclusive holiday, my routine (and fitness!) have taken a bit of a hit. I’ve been feeling out of sync and low on energy, so I’ve decided it’s time to reset, refocus, and ease back into healthier habits. No big overhaul, just small daily changes that support how I want to feel. Stronger, more balanced, and back in control.

Getting Back To Yourself After Change

It's safe to say over the last few years, my life has been a bit of a rollercoaster. After living what was a very 'safe' life, I made a conscious effort to throw myself into things and push myself well out of my comfort zone. This has led to some amazing experiences, but changing all aspects of your life at the same time can sometimes feel pretty overwhelming.

What’s a ‘Real’ Job Anyway?

I'll be the first to admit that my career path hasn't exactly been...linear. Having worked my way up through corporate, dabbled in education, trained as an outdoor instructor, worked in a hostel and managed a cafe, it's safe to say my skill set is very varied.
