Life has felt a bit chaotic lately, from moving house to work trips and an all-inclusive holiday, my routine (and fitness!) have taken a bit of a hit. I’ve been feeling out of sync and low on energy, so I’ve decided it’s time to reset, refocus, and ease back into healthier habits.
